This, along with Booker’s growing acquaintance with his own Hispanic lineage, shows itself through his longtime affinity for Chuck Taylors and collection of classic lowrider cars.

Booker’s upbringing in western Michigan, where his hard-working uncles and grandparents embodied the region’s blue collar spirit, first introduced him to workwear uniform dressing.
And seeing his father, Melvin, boast a fashion sense that was shaped by spending half a decade playing professional ball in Italy, gave Booker an appreciation for tailored silhouettes and functional accessories.
